Q: Regarding deductions from my bank account
A: The Career Industry Council DOES NOT direct bill or process ANY automatic withdrawals or transactions from individuals' bank accounts.
If your bank statement shows a transaction/deduction from C.I.C.A, these transactions are being made by Combined Insurance Company of Australia. They can be contacted on 1300 300 480 OR (02) 9922 2386

Q: Can individuals belong to CICA?
A: No - CICA membership is open to career practitioner organisations or associations. See About CICA for more information.Q: If I have an issue I would like CICA to consider how should I proceed?
A: In the first instance issues should be raised and discussed with the CICA member association to which you belong. If your issue may concern other CICA member associations or may have national relevance, request your association's CICA representative to raise it with CICA as soon as practicable.
